Storage Charge
Packages not collected within seven (7) days after notification that they are ready for pickup or delivery begin to incur a storage fee of JMD $100 per day, commencing on the eighth day.
30-Day Collection Period
Packages not collected within thirty (30) days after the ready-for-pickup or delivery notification may be disposed of or sold by Keystone Global Limited to recover shipping costs, in accordance with applicable laws and storage policies.
Notifications and Collection
Customers should monitor portal and email notifications and arrange pickup or delivery promptly. Pickup or delivery is coordinated after the shipment is cleared, processed, and applicable charges are confirmed.
