1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Keystone Global Limited. By creating an account, selecting acceptance, using our mobile app, customer portal, website, warehouses, or logistics services, or instructing us to handle cargo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Additional written quotations, rate sheets, warehouse instructions, restricted-item rules, service notices, and freight-specific terms form part of the agreement for the service to which they apply.
2. Eligibility and customer accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
- Registration information must be complete, accurate, and kept current.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, and account access and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
- Your customer or mailbox number and shipping mark identify your packages. You may not use another customer's account or mark without authorization.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
3. Mobile app licence and app-store terms
Keystone grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the mobile app on devices you own or control for your own lawful use of Keystone services. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass security, or use the app to build a competing service except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
The rules of the store from which you download the app also apply. Where the Apple standard end-user licence agreement applies, it governs the app licence in addition to these service terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for Keystone's logistics services, customer support, freight performance, or obligations under this agreement.
4. Services and customer responsibilities
Keystone coordinates USA and China air and sea freight, cargo handling, consolidation, purchasing, sourcing, pickup, delivery, and related support where available. Actual movement may be performed by warehouses, carriers, freight agents, customs brokers, couriers, and other partners.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate invoices, item descriptions, quantities, values, weights, dimensions, packing details, permits, and declarations.
- Ensure goods are lawful and meet Jamaican customs, import, safety, intellectual-property, and regulatory requirements.
- Confirm acceptance before buying or sending dangerous, hazardous, battery-powered, restricted, perishable, fragile, oversized, sensitive, or unusual cargo.
- Pay freight, customs duties, government charges, examinations, handling, storage, delivery, and other applicable charges before release.
- Inspect package and account information and promptly report a suspected error.
5. China quotations, warehouse delivery, and shipping marks
Before paying a supplier or allowing delivery to a China warehouse for direct China air or sea freight, send the quotation or proforma invoice to logistics@keystoneglobalja.com or WhatsApp +1 876-407-0831 for review. Keystone's review is not product, supplier, quality, regulatory, or payment assurance.
Ensure the supplier places the complete warehouse address and correct shipping mark on the quotation or invoice and every package. Where possible, obtain a supplier photo showing the complete address and mark. If the supplier is not delivering to Keystone's warehouse, provide the port of loading, packing details, weight, volume, and other requested documents. Unidentified packages may be delayed, refused, or treated under the applicable freight terms.
Read the full China Sea and Air Freight Terms before using that service.
6. Missing or damaged packages and storage
Report a missing or damaged package promptly and provide the package number, tracking information, shipping label, outer packaging, contents, and clear supporting photos. Keystone is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, inadequate supplier packaging, or damage that existed before the package entered Keystone's care. Claims are reviewed under the evidence and applicable terms.
Packages not collected within seven days after a ready-for-pickup or delivery notification incur a JMD 100 daily storage fee beginning on day eight. Packages remaining uncollected for 30 days after notification may be disposed of or sold to recover charges, subject to applicable law and our Package Storage Policy.
7. Pricing, customs, invoices, and payment
Rates, calculators, quotations, and timelines are estimates unless Keystone expressly confirms a fixed amount in writing. Final totals may change because of actual or volumetric weight, volume, cargo classification, customs valuation, exchange rates, carrier increases, port and government charges, examinations, permits, equipment, handling, storage, delivery, or corrected shipment data.
Jamaica Customs and other authorities make their own decisions. You remain responsible for all applicable charges. Discounts, rewards, staff pricing, credits, and promotions apply only when eligibility and system rules are satisfied and may not be exchanged for cash. Keystone may correct a calculation or invoice error and will maintain an appropriate record of the change.
8. Cargo insurance and risk
Cargo insurance is available at an additional cost. Availability and cost are determined after review of the product-classification details; sensitive products and goods classified as dangerous require individual review. Insurance is not automatic and applies only when arranged and confirmed before shipment. Keystone Global Limited coordinates this option but is not the insurer.
Insurance availability and cost depend on product classification, value, route, dangerous-goods status, and other underwriting details. No shipment is insured unless Keystone confirms the coverage and charge in writing. You must disclose accurate cargo information and comply with any insurer requirements.
9. Electronic communications and notifications
You consent to receive service communications electronically through the app, portal, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, or other contact details you provide. These may include verification, security, package, customs, invoice, payment, pickup, delivery, claim, and policy notices. Delivery of an electronic message is not a guarantee that you read it, so you should also check your account.
You may disable optional push or marketing messages, but necessary account, transaction, security, and service notices may still be sent.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Submit false shipment, customs, identity, payment, claim, or account information.
- Attempt to access another account, staff system, restricted data, or non-public API.
- Disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape protected data, or bypass technical controls.
- Send prohibited goods or conceal dangerous or regulated cargo.
11. Third-party services and links
Payment gateways, carriers, warehouses, customs systems, supplier sites, maps, messaging services, and other third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies. A link or integration does not make Keystone responsible for a third party's products, content, availability, security, or conduct. Supplier suggestions are informational; customers must perform their own due diligence and read our Vendor and Shipping Disclaimer.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
Keystone may restrict or suspend an account to protect the service, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, address unpaid charges, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Suspension does not cancel charges or obligations already incurred.
You may request permanent deletion in My Account or through our public account-deletion page. Deletion does not erase open shipment or payment obligations. Records may be retained where needed for customs, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
The app, portal, website, branding, software, layouts, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Keystone and protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer ownership. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Keystone permission to host, copy, process, and share it only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, document, and improve the service or comply with law.
14. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, digital services are provided on an available basis and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, network, provider, or technical reasons. Status information is operational information and may be delayed; the controlling warehouse, carrier, customs, payment, or staff record may require reconciliation.
Keystone is not liable for manufacturer faults or delays, loss, or disruption caused by incorrect customer or supplier information, inadequate packaging, unidentified cargo, force majeure, port congestion, carrier disruption, third-party negligence, government restrictions, shipping lines, customs agencies, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
You agree to reimburse Keystone for reasonable losses, penalties, and costs caused by your unlawful goods, false declarations, infringement, fraud, breach of these terms, or instructions, except to the extent caused by Keystone's own breach or where prohibited by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the courts or another legally available dispute process in Jamaica. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
16. Changes, documents, and contact
We may update these terms when services, prices, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires a different form of consent.
